Application:

For optimal performance, apply Genesol 38 as a 3-4% solution, soaking and recycling it alternately through the membrane system for 1-2 hours. The cleaning solution's pH stabilizes at 3.7; if it exceeds 4.2, replace it with a fresh solution. Follow membrane manufacturers' guidelines, cleaning at 25-30ºC. After cleaning, neutralize Genesol 38 solutions to pH 6-8 with an alkaline solution before discharge to prevent damage to concrete and cement-lined pipes. Thoroughly flush the membrane system before returning to service, ensuring pH alignment. Despite initial high product water conductivity, it normalizes after a few hours. Genesol 38 is dilutable and fully miscible with water in all proportions.
