Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Inside Dhaka: Within 5 working days
- Outside Dhaka: Within 10 working days

5. Return & Refund Policy
Customers may request a return or refund if:
- Wrong products are delivered
- Products are damaged during delivery
- Manufacturing defects are found
Return Conditions
Returned products must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
Customers must contact us before returning any product. We may request images/videos for verification purposes.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be completed within 7–10 working days after verification and approval.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds or returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used
- Physical damage is found
- Original packaging/accessories are missing
- Damage occurs due to customer mishandling
Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
6. Warranty & Free Service Policy
1-Year Motor Replacement Guarantee
GS Corporation BD provides a 1-Year Replacement Guarantee only for the motor/electrical parts of selected water purifier systems across Bangladesh.
If any manufacturing defect occurs within the warranty period, the motor will be replaced according to company policy.
5 Years Free Service Warranty (Dhaka City Only)
We provide 5 Years Free Service Warranty only within Dhaka City.
Customers outside Dhaka City are not eligible for this free service warranty.
Important Service Conditions
- During the warranty/service period, technician conveyance/visit charges must be paid by the customer.
- If any spare parts, filters, accessories, or replacement items are required, the customer must bear those costs.
- GS Corporation BD only waives the service charge during the valid warranty period.
Warranty Does Not Cover
Warranty will not apply for:
- Physical or accidental damage
- Misuse or negligence
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Voltage fluctuation or electrical accidents
- Consumable items such as filters, membranes, cartridges, etc.
- Damage caused by external factors beyond company control
7. Stock Availability
We try to maintain accurate stock information on our website. However, stock discrepancies may occasionally occur.
If any ordered item becomes unavailable:
- Customers may wait for restocking
- Choose an alternative product
- Or request a refund for unavailable items
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation requests will follow the Return & Refund Policy.
9. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If a parcel is received damaged or appears lost during transit, customers should contact us immediately.
