Return & Refund Policy
At GS Corporation BD, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order from our website.
1. Nationwide Delivery (Outside Dhaka)
We provide delivery services all over Bangladesh.
Products delivered outside Dhaka are generally not eligible for return after successful delivery confirmation. Customers are requested to check the product condition carefully at the time of delivery.
Once the product is received, no return or refund claim will be accepted for:
- Physical damage
- Broken products
- Missing accessories or parts
2. Return Eligibility (Inside Dhaka)
For customers inside Dhaka city, return or replacement support may be provided in case of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong product delivery
- Technical issues approved by GS Corporation BD
Our technical team may inspect the product before approving any return or replacement request.
3. Refund Policy
Refund requests will only be applicable for valid issues approved by GS Corporation BD.
If a refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be sent through the original payment method or company-approved process
Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
4. Service Support Policy
We provide up to 5 years free service support for water purifier machines inside Dhaka city only.
During this service period:
- Service charge is free
- Customers must pay for any required spare parts, filters, or accessories
- Technician conveyance/visit charges must be paid by the customer
Customers outside Dhaka city are not eligible for the 5-year free service warranty.
5. Warranty Policy
GS Corporation BD provides a 1-Year Replacement Guarantee only for motor/electrical parts of selected water purifier systems across Bangladesh.
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical or accidental damage
- Improper use or negligence
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Electrical damage or voltage fluctuation
- Consumable items such as filters, membranes, cartridges, etc.
6. Non-Refundable Conditions
Return or refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Used products
- Customer-caused damage
- Missing original packaging/accessories
- Damage caused during customer handling
Some products/services may be marked as non-refundable.
7. Important Notes
- This policy mainly applies to water purifier machines
- Different products may have separate warranty or service conditions
- GS Corporation BD reserves the right to make the final decision regarding returns, refunds, and warranty claims
